"When Mark was first diagnosed with a Grade 2 Astrocytoma in 2001 we thought that the only thing that we had available to us was the conventional way of treatment.

After being told in 2005 that it had now developed into a Grade 3 tumour we were told that he would have to start on a course of Chemotherapy. It was at this time that we started looking for alternatives and came across 'Bobby's Fund'.

We immediately started to receive assistance in the way of a Juicer, Water & Air purifier, Ozonator, Juice press plus a whole load of information. We stopped Mark's chemo early on this year due to the side effects it was having on him.

Since starting to use all the advice & information that we received, Mark has now put back on all the weight he lost and is in a lot better shape than he was at the start of the year.

I know that without all the help we have received, Mark would be in a much poorer state of health and we cannot thank the fund anywhere near enough for what they have given us.

Mark has received absolutely no conventional treament from the NHS since he stopped his Chemo.

Mark has now been given the all clear by the NHS.
